优点没从电影里找到什么，要吐槽的点倒是不少——登道夫抓住石头那瞬间，弗罗多等人本来可以上前搭救，为什么神行客非要拦住他？这简直是为了死亡而死亡；还有那个什么崔什么鬼精灵女王的出场，那柔光打的我……真瞎了狗眼；登道夫念那些自己都不知道在说什么的咒语是不是自己都忍不住想笑；还有所谓的蓝光加长版加长的20多分钟居然是展出一大篇你看不懂的鬼东西你敢信？！
